A practice partner, not a teacher
One of the things I love most about movement practice is its incredible diversity. Even if you work with a movement coach , each experience will be unique, because our individual practice is influenced by our experiences, skills, and the disciplines we have explored throughout our lives.
In my case, my fundamental pillars are dance, acrobatics and yoga, and these deeply influence how I share my knowledge. My practice is structured in 10 main blocks that include:
Inverted as Handstands.
Calisthenics with exercises like Muscle Ups.
Circus acrobatics like Flips.
Floor work and fluidity.
Diaphragm control and conscious breathing exercises.
