My vision
For me, success is not a goal, but rather a continuous state: enjoying a functional, agile and fulfilled body throughout life. My dream is that anyone, regardless of their age or injuries, can experience that feeling of freedom when moving.
I want to help you feel capable of carrying out any activity from start to finish, to learn to identify what you want to improve and to find the way to do it. When you face an obstacle, my wish is that you have the tools to stop, breathe and act from confidence and inner security.
I imagine a world where each person flows in their daily life, where movement is not just exercise, but a tool to overcome challenges, express one's essence and live fully. The practice of movement is, for me, the maximum expression of our being and a way of reflecting how we face the difficulties that life presents to us.
Move, flow and live your best version.
I began my journey in movement at the age of 12 with "Breakin'" (better known as Breakdancing). After dedicating a lifetime to this discipline, I learned to work with my body from all angles: physical, mental and emotional. Over time, I became my first student, exploring my strengths and understanding my shortcomings.
Today, I continue to learn and train with experts from different disciplines, such as yoga, acrobatics and contemporary dance. This allows me to approach movement from multiple perspectives, moving away from linear, harmful or limited practices, to offer a more holistic and transformative approach.
More than a practitioner, I consider myself an alchemist of movement, combining techniques and philosophies to create a unique experience that encourages relaxation, introspection and self-discovery.
Along this path, in a very organic way, I have begun to share my knowledge with others. I have been fortunate to work with students who not only improve physically, but also understand the deeper philosophy of movement.
I remember the words of a student who told me:
"When you tell me to let gravity defeat me in an inverted pose, I accept that defeat as a victory towards my personal development."
That phrase made me smile, because it understood exactly what I wanted to convey: movement is not just physical, it is a tool to overcome barriers, develop confidence and enjoy the journey of learning.
